My Midlife Reset Story

 

Three years ago, at 51, I hit a wall. My body felt foreign — inflamed, exhausted, and unresponsive — despite spending thousands on a coach and endless two-hour workouts that only left me puffy, sore, and frustrated.

When my doctor prescribed testosterone without even checking my bloodwork, things only got worse. My hair fell out, and I still had no answers.

After months of dead ends and disappointment, a client recommended Dr. Felice Gersh — and everything changed. With proper guidance, testing, and a new understanding of my hormones, I finally started to feel like myself again.

I also rebuilt my workouts from the ground up: shorter, smarter strength sessions with dumbbells, foam rolling, and true progressive overload. Just three times a week — and my body responded.

Now I feel strong, clear, and truly alive again. No inflammation. No exhaustion. Just energy, definition, and balance — inside and out.
