On Ramp 1.0: Use In Gym or Well Equipped Home Gym


On Ramp 1.0 is for the true beginner—someone who is completely de-conditioned and has zero working knowledge in the gym. 

On Ramp 1.0 Is all about learning. What is a superset vs a circuit? What is cardio vs conditioning?  So it will typically have 5 sections: 1 movement prep, 1 superset, 1 circuit, 1 conditioning (short), 1 cardio. There is tons of written explanations to walk you through. There is heavy repetition of movements to build familiarity, comfort, and confidence starting with bodyweight and cables, then adding barbells and dumbbells over time.


On Ramp 2.0 is for a beginner who has some knowledge in the gym but is pretty inexperienced.

On Ramp 2.0 You learn more barbell and dumbbell movements. There is always a movement prep and warm up section then three other sections that will vary between strength, accessory, cardio, and conditioning. You will learn the difference between strength training and accessory work. Upon completion, you will know all the essential barbell, dumbbell, cable, and body weight movements that you need. You can complete any of the other programs we offer after this.
