I'm a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu, an ambassador for Best Friends Animal Society, and credit OA.org as the foundation of my 37 year recovery from disordered eating and exercise.
That profound experience shapes my understanding and realistic approach to helping women train for longevity, strength, and long-term vibrancy.
